QroDesk values your privacy. All scans and generated codes stay on-device; no cloud copy is kept unless you explicitly share or back-up the file.
Data we collect
- Microphone access — used locally to capture audio input for features that require sound. Recordings are not transmitted or stored on our servers.
- Crash & usage metrics — anonymous crash logs via Sentry (contains device model, OS version, stack-trace).
Data we do not collect
- No account signup, username, real name, e-mail or phone is required.
- No precise GPS location.
- No contacts, calendar or photo library contents.
Purchases
“Pro” is a one-time in-app purchase. Payment is processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We store only a non-personal receipt hash to unlock features.
Third-party services
• Sentry — crash reporting (anonymous).
• Google AdMob — banner ads for non-Pro users. Ad personalise-
ation follows your ATT / Google Play Services consent choices.
Your choices
- Delete history in-app: Settings ▸ Clear History.
- Opt-out of personalised ads: Settings ▸ Privacy.
- Request data deletion: email us (see below).
